What You'll Do
- Provide skilled physical therapy to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, safety, and independence
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other members of the care team
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the plan of care

Qualifications
- Washington Physical Therapist license, or ability to obtain licensure before your first day
- 1-2 years of Physical Therapist experience
- Current BLS certification
