Job Summary:**

Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a diligent and reliable Porter to support the overall operational efficiency and cleanliness of our facilities. This role ensures a positive and organized environment for both staff and customers.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of showrooms, service areas, restrooms, and other common areas.
* Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
* Assist with the movement and organization of vehicles on the lot and within the service bay, as needed.
* Ensure all supplies (e.g., paper towels, soap) are stocked in restrooms and common areas.
* Support the service department by driving vehicles for fueling, washing, or moving to different locations.
* Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Assist with special event setups and breakdowns, as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth facility operations.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous experience in a porter, janitorial, or general labor role is a plus.
* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
* Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
