Do you have a valid CDL A License with experience as a Dump Truck & Trailer operator? We are a growing Civil Construction Company that requires its team members to play multiple roles, which means qualified candidates will be Able/Willing to help with everything from driving Dump Trucks, Hauling Equipment, and assisting with physical labor as needed on the job site. Requirements: CDL A Experience Operating a 10-18 speed manual transmission commercial vehicle DOT Medical Certificate Endorsements: Air Brakes Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Ability to load and unload aggregates and demolition materials Proficiently Operate Heavy Equipment (Excavators) Physical labor (shoveling, raking, and other tasks as assigned) 5+ years of Experience in Construction Dump Truck 5+ years of Equipment Hauling In-depth knowledge of ALL pits in King, Pierce, Thurston, and Kitsap counties Ability to Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen Dependable transportation to and from work Responsibilities: Possess a positive can-do attitude Operate a 10-18 speed manual transmission commercial vehicle Hauling aggregate, soil, and demolition material; including import and export from job sites Ability to determine best pit location options based on location, material, etc. Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently for transport to/from job sites Ability to complete assigned tasks daily with minimal to no supervision Ability to perform non-driving physical labor including shoveling, raking, and other tasks as assigned Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain accurate paperwork, documentation, and logs (DOT/Company) Ability to use smartphones, tablets, & other technology in the field Flexibility throughout the year with scheduling demands based on workload, deadlines, weather, etc. Benefits: Company Paid Medical for Employees ($20.00 bi-weekly employee contribution) Dental Insurance – Supplemental Available (After 3 months) Vision Insurance – Supplemental Available (After 3 months) Company Paid $25,000 Life Insurance Supplemental Life Insurance – Principal + Colonial 401K - 4% Company Match Paid Sick Leave PTO Plan(s) after 1st year Supplemental Aflac Insurance Pet Insurance – Supplemental Available through United Healthcare Aflac Supplemental Insurance (Short- & Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, etc.) Professional Development Opportunities Retirement Plan Referral Bonus Program Employee Discount Program 6 Paid Holidays (After 6 months of employment) As a token of our gratitude, Veterans and Active Military Members Receive Veterans Day as an Additional Paid Holiday (After 6 months of employment) Work Location: In person Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour QualificationsSee job description for qualifications.
