Tiger ID is excited to begin the search for a Student GameDay Assistant to assist in the troubleshooting of Tiger ID credential issues on GameDay.

These positions require work on weekends at all AU Football home games.

Initial in person training opportunities will occur during the week (8:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities
Student Assistants will perform a number of duties included but not limited to:
- Assisting students in adding the Tiger ID to their device
- Verifying NFC issues on phones
- Removing/restricting invalid Tiger ID credentials
- Reporting Tiger ID misuse
