To be successful in this role the individual must provide the highest level of front-line customer service to Oak Harbor Freight Lines internal and external customers. Key customers include maintenance, service and purchasing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide support regarding invoice problems, and general information.Â
- Enter Vendor Repair Order’s into TMT system; ensure all information regarding parts, labor, and inventory and maintenance records are correctly captured to track equipment history. Â
- Reconcile and audit regular vendor statements and resolve payment problems, credits, etc. with AP and vendors as needed.Â
- Send out licensing documents as needed to internal customer
- Manage toll bridge passes, charges and pass equipment problems
- Other maintenance admin office duties as assigned.Â
Â
Experience, Skills and Qualifications:Â
- 1-2 years’ experience in a role requiring customer interaction preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of vendors and purchasing issues successfully.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.Â
- Strong PC proficiency and experience using MS Office products. AS400 experience preferred but not required.Â
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to organize multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.Â

- H.S. diploma or GED/equivalent. Accounting coursework and skills preferred.Â

Competitive Hourly Pay:
- Earn between $22.51 and $28.87 per hour.
- Your paid overtime AFTER 8 HOURS.
