Job DetailsJob Location: System Office - Augusta, ME 04330Sector Partnership Coordinator The Maine Community College System (MCCS) is looking to fill a new full-time Sector Partnership Coordinator position. This position reports to the Director of Sector Partnerships and has the responsibility for supporting the deliverables of grant initiatives managed by the Harold Alfond Center for the Advancement of Maine's Workforce (The Center). Responsibilities include coordinating the implementation and execution of sector partnership initiatives and grant-funded training programs; serving as a community liaison by connecting employers, trade associations, and other stakeholders to sector partnership opportunities, MCCS college workforce training solutions, other training vendors and relevant resources; and assisting the Director of Sector Partnerships with sector partnership development, facilitation and coordination. In addition, the employee must have the ability to meet goals while working independently and the flexibility to work some nights and weekends. This position is grant-funded through June 30, 2030. The Sector Partnership Coordinator position is classified as a level 4 in the MEA Administrators Bargaining Unit. Dependent on experience and qualifications, the position expects to pay in the vicinity of $67,000. The required minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, and four to seven years of relevant work experience.
