Description
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of kitchen operations, health and sanitation standards, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Duties (70%)
- Prepare menu items, sauces, salads, and desserts according to recipes and instructions.
- Set up restaurant and employee cafeteria buffets.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, including proper labeling and storage of food items.
- Assist with banquet preparation and buffet setups.
- Assist dishwashers and pantry staff.
Support Duties (20%)
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in English.
- Follow company policies and attend required meetings.
Professionalism and Communication (10%)
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
- Actively listen to team members and communicate effectively.
- Adapt to high-pressure situations and demonstrate personal accountability.
