The Supply Chain Associate is primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, and delivering goods across the Club during Tournament, ensuring all logistics meet Club standards and timelines.
Essential Functions of the Job
Effectively handle the unloading, unpacking, and organization of incoming inventory in assigned storage locations using suitable tools and safety protocols.
Transport materials to appropriate storage areas and kitchens.
Keep track of inventory levels and engage in regular physical inventory checks.
Ensures proper rotation and labeling of all food products and materials in storage.
Performs all necessary steps to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the receiving area.
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal departments or external clients regarding supply chain matters.
Report any shortages, rejections or issues to the immediate supervisor.
Monitors temperatures in refrigerated storage areas.
Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
Operates a golf cart and/or full-sized vehicle, following all legal and Club safety regulations.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job.
Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.

Requires a valid driver's license if required to operate a Club vehicle or golf cart.
