Ichor Systems is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the planning, operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of facility infrastructure supporting a high-volume manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the semiconductor industry and/or cleanroom environments, combined with strong manufacturing experience and a proven ability to lead technical teams.
This role is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of critical facility systems, including HVAC, pure water systems, bulk gas delivery, electrical infrastructure, waste management, and related facility infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Lead facility operations and maintenance with a strong focus on employee health, safety, environmental compliance, and operational reliability.
- Partner with site and business leadership to establish and prioritize facilities maintenance activities, budgets, capital needs, and short- and long-range infrastructure plans.
- Manage facility projects, including new construction, renovations, expansions, equipment installations, and infrastructure upgrades, in partnership with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external service providers.
- Develop and manage vendor and contractor relationships, including obtaining competitive bids, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service.
- Oversee on-site third-party service providers and contractors to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.
- Manage and maintain facility infrastructure assets, including buildings, leases, utility systems, and facility-related equipment.
- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical facility systems, including HVAC, pure water, bulk gas, electrical, and waste management systems.
- Lead, develop, and support facilities and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve facility reliability, efficiency, capacity, and cost effectiveness in support of manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, EHS, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to support site and business objectives.

Desired Education, Certification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, business, or a related technical field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in technical, manufacturing, production, facilities, or related environments.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or cleanroom manufacturing environments required.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical or manufacturing maintenance teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of facility infrastructure and utility systems, including HVAC, pure water delivery, bulk gas delivery, electrical infrastructure, and waste management.
- Experience managing contractors, vendors, budgets, and facility-related projects.
- Strong project management, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
