The Opportunity

As a Treasury Consultant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop tailored financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance and achieve their goals. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.

In this role within our Finance Consulting practice, you will be responsible for analyzing and identifying the linkages between the component parts of an entire system. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the success of our firm.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions
- Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of financial consulting projects
- Providing comprehensive guidance to clients to optimize financial performance and improve decision-making
- Utilizing financial modeling and analysis to support client financial strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to provide actionable insights
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to address financial challenges and opportunities
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Upholding professional and technical standards in financial consulting practices
- Engaging in difficult conversations with clients and stakeholders to address conflicts or issues
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience

- Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $252,450. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $297,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
