ABOUT THE ROLEÂ
 We’re seeking an experienced and service-driven General Manager to lead operations at a premier condominium community. This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for delivering exceptional resident experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and partnering closely with the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a service-focused environment.Â

What You’ll DoÂ
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, homeowners, and WRMCÂ
- Lead all day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated resident experienceÂ
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense managementÂ
- Prepare and present the annual budget and provide ongoing financial insights to the BoardÂ
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with quality and maintenance standardsÂ
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance to ensure service excellenceÂ
- Lead the bidding process for third-party services and oversee special projectsÂ
- Supervise, mentor, and develop on-site staff, fostering a collaborative and professional cultureÂ
- Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and applicable laws and regulationsÂ
- Oversee community meetings, annual elections, and Board communicationsÂ
- Respond to emergencies and provide on-call support as neededÂ
What You Need to SucceedÂ
- CMCA certification preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-rise HOA community or Multifamily.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and be open and adaptable.
- We are looking for a highly proactive individual to take on this role, as it is a solo operation.
- Experience in property management, community association management, or hospitality leadershipÂ
- Proven experience working with Boards of Directors and residential communitiesÂ
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and interpreting financial statementsÂ
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Knowledge of compliance, governance, and community operations best practicesÂ
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferredÂ
