Position Overview
We are seeking a Medical Office Specialist to join our front office team in Round Rock. This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinic environment and is passionate about creating a seamless, positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiencyÂ
- Verify insurance information, collect required documentation, and obtain necessary signaturesÂ
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate, timely information to patientsÂ
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulationsÂ
- Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and overall clinic operationsÂ
- Perform notary services for medical and legal documentation (if certified, or upon obtaining certification with company support)Â
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and general front office coordinationÂ

Requirements
Qualifications
- Notary Public certification strongly preferred, or willingness to obtain (certification costs covered by employer)Â
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) requiredÂ
- Previous experience in a medical front office or receptionist role preferredÂ
- Experience in pain management, specialty care, or primary care settings is a plusÂ
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a compassionate, professional demeanorÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferredÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in healthcare administration is a plusÂ
