About The SEALS
The SEALS of Austin–Round Rock helps restaurants, hospitals, schools, hotels, grocery stores, and other commercial facilities protect their refrigeration equipment through professional gasket replacement and related sealing solutions.
Our customers rely on us to improve energy efficiency, food safety, equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, and operating costs. We build long-term partnerships that help customers protect their business.
As we continue expanding throughout Central Texas, we're looking for someone who wants to build a territory, develop customer relationships, and grow with us.
The Opportunity
You will spend most of your time in the field visiting restaurants and other commercial kitchens, starting conversations with decision-makers, identifying refrigeration gasket problems, and turning those opportunities into approved work. You will build your own book of business through consistent in-person prospecting and follow-up.
The Operations team performs installations. Your focus is finding opportunities, conducting accurate inspections, preparing estimates, closing sales, and developing repeat customers.
What You’ll Do
• Prospect daily: Visit restaurants, schools, hospitals, hotels, grocery stores, and other commercial kitchens to create new opportunities.
• Inspect equipment: Identify worn refrigeration gaskets and related door-component needs; training is provided.
• Recommend and sell: Explain findings, prepare estimates, overcome objections, and ask for the business.
• Follow up consistently: Move estimates to decisions and maintain contact with prospects and customers.
• Measure accurately: Record equipment information, gasket profiles, measurements, photos, and customer requirements.
• Grow accounts: Return for periodic inspections, earn referrals, and identify additional locations or equipment needs.
• Manage your pipeline: Use our CRM and mobile tools to document activity, estimates, approvals, and next steps.
• Coordinate with Operations: Order approved materials and provide complete information for scheduling and installation.
Compensation
Base salary + $300 monthly vehicle allowance + uncapped monthly commission
Expected first-year earnings: $45,000–$70,000. In year two and beyond, earnings are fully uncapped and typically increase as recurring accounts grow.

What Success Looks Like
• Consistently initiating in-person conversations with new businesses—not waiting for leads to appear.
• Building a healthy pipeline of inspections, estimates, follow-ups, and approved work.
• Growing monthly invoiced revenue and repeat business within the assigned territory.
What We’re Looking For
• Confident walking into businesses and starting conversations with owners, managers, and facility teams.
• Motivated by commission and comfortable earning a meaningful portion of total income through sales results.
• At least one year of hands-on sales, business development, route sales, or closely related customer-facing experience.
• Persistent with follow-up and comfortable hearing “no” without losing momentum.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to take precise measurements.
• Comfortable using mobile apps, navigation tools, email, and CRM systems.
• Coachable and willing to complete hands-on and video-based product training.
• Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel throughout the local territory.

You must bring the confidence to prospect, the discipline to follow up, and the willingness to learn the technical side of the job.
This Role Is a Strong Fit If You…
You prefer being in the field over sitting behind a desk, enjoy creating your own opportunities, want income growth tied directly to performance, and can balance assertive selling with professional, long-term customer relationships.
