Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.

 Starting salary: $80,080 -$108,804.80

 

BSW Rehab Onion Creek is seeking a physical therapist with a special interest in oncology to join our team full time. We provide high-level care to a wide variety of active adults with general orthopedic diagnoses, including post-surgical conditions, sports-related injuries, and work-related injuries, and are looking to expand the BSW Rehab ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program into our center. The ideal candidate will have solid manual therapy skills, be motivated, innovative, organized, autonomous, and eager to contribute to program development. The environment encourages clinician development including certifications and specializations depending on the passions of the clinician.  Mentorship available and NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED to apply!

Responsibilities

Full time physical therapist needed for dynamic, multidisciplinary outpatient clinic. This busy facility has a collaborative, energetic clinic culture and offers various services. ReVital/oncology preferred.

 

As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians.  Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. 

  • Timely and accurate documentation using Casamba-Web Based documentation and Therapy Source
  • Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports
  • Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement
  • Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
