$10,000.00 retention incentive offered.
​Pay per completed 1 hour visit in addition to mileage and travel time:
- Medicare SOCs/Recerts: $115.00
- Non- Medicare SOCs/Recerts: $100.00
- Treatments/DC: $70.00

Your Role:
- Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists.​
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance their daily living skills.​
- Monitor and document patients' progress, communicating effectively with the healthcare team.​
- Educate patients and their families on the use of adaptive equipment and techniques to improve quality of life.​
Qualifications:
- Current Texas state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.​
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.​
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.​
- Ability to provide care for pediatric and adult patients in the home setting.
