Merchandiser

Job Summary

This Sales Position is responsible for Large Format ordering and merchandising execution of all MBG products in the assigned accounts of responsibility. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shelves and cold equipment is properly filled to MBG Standards
• Ensure all shelves and cold equipment are merchandised to MBG standards
• Execute and maintain Customer Development Agreements
• Execute MBG promotional Calendar
• Execute PCNA promotional Calendar
• Execute Sunkist/Schweppes promotional calendar with MBG
• Maintain Customer Service Expectations in our marketplace
• Keep back room inventory neat and organized
• Ensure Product Rotation minimizing out-of-date products
• Display Point of Sale Specific to Brands/Packages
• Operate all company vehicles in a safe manner 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Ability to perform many tasks at the same time.
• Must be able to lift 60-70 lbs. and push or pull up to 1000 lbs. on a regular basis
• Good communication skills and ability to process change.
• Understand basic accounting principles
• Working knowledge of inventory control and warehousing procedures
• Ability to manage an inventory system
• Ability to comprehend policies & procedures
• Maintain acceptable driving record
