We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Videographer with a true passion for all things automotive to join our Creative/Marketing team. The ideal candidate possesses a keen ability to identify and capture compelling moments within the daily workflow of our engineering facility, turning authentic footage into polished video productions across multiple platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and capture authentic footage opportunities within the daily operations of an engineering environment

  • Shoot and edit short and long-form video content for distribution on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X

  • Responsible for the full post-production process, including editing images, altering video content, and making color corrections and enhancements

  • Conduct on-location shoots as required

  • Work collaboratively with Director of Marketing to align content with direction, pacing, and brand standards

  • Assist in-house motion graphics expert in improving finished productions

  • Help to maintain a shared calendar with current and future projects which include progress and completion of projects
  • Stay on top of new technologies and production techniques; recommend and implement approved improvements

  • Manage multiple assignments independently while adhering to project timelines and deadlines

  • Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and cross-functional team members 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in videography. Experience using a production workflow

  • Proven experience operating modern 4K video cameras, PC, Macintosh (macOS) systems and related production equipment

  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, with an emphasis on Premiere Pro and After Effects

  • Proficiency in animation and motion graphics

  • AI literate

  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles and narrative techniques for video content

  • Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving and organizational skills

  • Highly responsible, self-motivated, proactive and able to thrive in an energetic, fast-paced, creative environment

  • Strong work ethic with the ability to meet agreed-upon deadlines 

  • Have an outgoing personality and be able to maintain a positive, professional attitude

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with the performance automotive aftermarket industry is a plus

Salary Range
$72,800—$87,360 USD

Actual pay offered to candidates will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
