We provide a broad range of medical and surgical services including minimally invasive and outpatient options. Mercy Hospital Downtown is a 194-bed facility located in downtown Bakersfield. Mercy Hospital Southwest is a 78-bed facility and the only hospital located in the rapidly growing area west of Highway 99. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Job Requirements

Required

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of 6 months experience within the last year.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the CA board.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) AHA required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) AHA required
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) 

Preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Must obtain Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) within 3 months of hire, and Advanced Fetal Monitoring or NCC EFM certificate within first year of hire or transfer.
