Position Overview

Sandy Mac Evolution LLC is seeking an Activity Security Representative I to support Department of Defense Special Access Program activities at Andrews AFB, Maryland.

The Activity Security Representative provides multi-disciplined security support to a government facility and organization and performs day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities.

Current Billet Requirements

• Mandatory: 0–2 years of related experience.
  
• Desired: SAP experience.
  
• Bachelor’s degree desired.
  
• Bachelor’s degree counts as four years of experience.
  
• Related associate’s degree counts as two years of experience.
  
• SFPC counts toward one year of experience.
  
• SPSC counts toward one year of experience.
  
• Maximum equivalent experience for SPED certifications is three years.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence.
  
• Maintain document accountability records and associated correspondence.
  
• Process inbound and outbound classified mail and receipt records.
  
• Perform destruction of classified materials.
  
• Process magnetic media for accountability.
  
• Support reproduction of classified materials.
  
• Maintain document-control and administrative security logs.
  
• Process inbound and outbound data-transfer files.
  
• Transfer electronic files to authorized internal customers.
  
• Maintain customer point-of-contact databases.
  
• Research, process, file, and maintain visit notices.
  
• Escort visitors and maintain associated logs.
  
• Assist with preparation of facility access-control badges.
  
• Conduct entry and exit inspections.
  
• Support facility access-control and visitor-control systems.
  
• Enter and maintain personnel-access and sponsored-billet information.
  
• Maintain personnel-security files.
  
• Follow and enforce customer Standard Operating Procedures.
  
• Support security-awareness and education programs.
  
• Perform administrative security support as directed.
  

Experience

• 0–2 years of related experience.
  
• SAP experience desired.
  
• SFPC and SPSC may each count toward one year of experience.
  
• Maximum SPED certification equivalency is three years.
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree desired.
  
• Bachelor’s degree counts as four years of experience.
  
• Related associate’s degree counts as two years of experience.
  

Security Clearance

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
  
• SCI eligibility required.
  
• Eligibility for access to Special Access Program information.
  
• Must be willing to undergo a Counterintelligence polygraph.
  

Other Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site at Andrews AFB.
