Customer Experience:

- Assists in research of complex customer complaints/issues as appropriate.
Operations/Process:
- Sorts and meters bank’s outgoing mail and packages and accepts incoming deliveries in the receiving bay.
- Receives and prepares daily courier bags for delivery.
- Performs document scanning/indexing for a variety of document types.
- Delivers certificate of mailings and certified mail to Post Office on a daily basis. Must have dependable vehicle and license for this (reimbursed for driving with each paycheck).
- Completes scanning/indexing/quality control tasks in a timely manner in accordance with established department metrics.
- Receives, tracks and delivers loan documents to applicable business partners.
- Receives and assigns account posting tickets to customer deposits and loan payments.
- Performs other duties as assigned. All employees of Records Management are cross trained and know all functions of the position.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College and business or professional banking training preferred.
- Exhibits professionalism in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with computer systems. Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A high degree of analytical skills and the ability to handle complex problems.
- Organized, sets priorities, and meets deadlines.
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent customer service skills are required.
- High level of attention to detail, emphasis on accuracy.
- Strong multitasking skills, including the ability to remain highly accurate with the data while completing multiple simultaneous tasks.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / CONDITIONS:
- Moderate lifting (to 35 lbs.) required. In addition, moderate reaching, walking, sitting, and standing are required.
