What You’ll Do

Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our partner skilled nursing facility in Barberton, OH. In this role, you’ll help residents rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain independence through individualized, goal-driven rehab.

Key responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing and updating treatment plans, delivering evidence-based interventions, documenting care and outcomes, educating residents/families, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support safe progress and discharge planning.

Required qualifications/skills:
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Ohio (or eligible)
- Skilled nursing/geriatric rehab experience preferred
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to resident-centered care and ethical practice
