VIBE Day Spa & Salon is expanding its services and launching a new facial and skincare experience. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and client-focused Licensed Aesthetician to help us build and grow this exciting new service line.

This is an opportunity to help shape the facial program, build your own clientele, and grow your earning potential within an established wellness community.

We Help You Build Your Book

You will not be building your clientele alone. VIBE has a dedicated Lead Management Coordinator who will support you by managing and following up on leads generated through VIBE's marketing and outreach efforts.

What You'll Do

• Provide personalized facial, skincare, and waxing services
• Perform VIBE's facial menu, including express, signature, and extended treatments
• Consult with clients and recommend appropriate treatments and professional products
• Build relationships, encourage rebooking, and develop repeat clientele
• Educate clients on skincare and home-care routines
• Participate in growing VIBE's new facial service line
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment environment
• Deliver an exceptional VIBE client experience

What We're Looking For

• Current New Jersey Aesthetician License
• Experience with facials, waxing, and skincare
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Passion for skincare and helping clients look and feel their best
• Comfortable recommending professional skincare products
• Ability to build relationships and encourage repeat business
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Excited about helping launch and grow a new service line
