Are you a compassionate, dedicated Certified Home Health Aide looking to make a meaningful impact? Fellowship Village is seeking CHHAs to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

In this role, you’ll be part of a supportive, team‑oriented environment where your contributions are recognized and your commitment to exceptional care truly makes a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and give shift reports, communicating changes in resident condition promptly to the clinical team
• Provide personal care according to individualized plans of care, including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
• Support restorative and preventive care such as ambulation, transfers, and mobility assistance
• Document care and observations accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist with turning, positioning, and repositioning residents as outlined in their care plans
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, visitors, and team members through warm, professional communication
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment that reflects FellowshipLIFE's values and hospitality-driven culture

Requirements:

• Current and active NJ Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification 
• Collaborative mindset with accountability for individual and team goals
• Ability to work compassionately with a mature population, fostering a warm and supportive environment 
• Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence
• Must be available to work weekends, as scheduled
• Able to work in person at Fellowship Village in Basking Ridge, NJ
