Paid vacation and holidays Opportunities for career advancement Employee discount program on parts, services, and vehicle purchases Responsibilities:   Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors Dust and wipe down surfaces and furniture Empty trash and replace liners Conduct light maintenance repairs; change light bulbs, etc. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Follow safety procedures and protocols   INDSJBR   QualificationsRequirements:   Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Good communication skills Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks Able to lift to 50lbs.
