Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and liability claims.
• Conducting thorough legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
• Providing strategic legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Collaborating with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting insurance defense.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in Louisiana and in good standing with the State Bar
• 2–3 years of experience in casualty litigation
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards
