About the role:Â
Providing our clients with exceptional service is the foundation of our business. As a Client Success Associate (ADR), you’ll be at the heart of the client experience, helping ensure every dispute resolution matter is handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. This dynamic role blends client service, case coordination, and office operations, giving you the opportunity to work directly with clients, counsel, and neutrals while keeping matters moving seamlessly from start to finish.
Â
From coordinating schedules and supporting proceedings to anticipating client needs and managing important matter details, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience at every touchpoint. If you’re organized, service-driven, enjoy building relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day.
Â
What you'll get to do:
-
Coordinate the administration of dispute resolution matters from initiation through completion, including scheduling, logistics, communications, documentation, and matter records.
-
Serve as a trusted resource to clients, counsel, and neutrals, delivering responsive, professional, and solutions-focused support throughout the matter lifecycle.
-
Provide on-site coordination for in-person, virtual, and hybrid proceedings, including preparing conference and hearing rooms and ensuring a welcoming, professional client experience.
-
Support day-to-day office operations by coordinating workflows, priorities, administrative needs, supplies, vendors, and coverage during periods of high volume or staffing transitions.
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication, attention to detail, timely follow-up, and a commitment to exceptional service.
-
Contribute to practice development and business growth by supporting client events, educational programs, sponsorships, marketing initiatives, and awareness of ADR services and neutral expertise.
-
Collaborate across teams, participate in process improvements and special projects, and demonstrate the company’s values through continuous learning, inclusivity, accountability, innovation, and a client-first mindset.
Â
The kind of teammate we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative support, client service, legal operations, ADR, hospitality, professional services, or a related environment preferred.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
- Strong client service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to coordinate complex schedules, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and professional judgment, including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams while responding to changing business and client needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and technology.
