Lead Coach – Wraparound Services (Shreveport)
Cornerstone Youth & Family Services is seeking a dynamic Lead Coach to support and develop Wraparound Supervisors and Facilitators while ensuring high-quality services for youth and families.
This leadership role focuses on coaching, training, and supervision, as well as program quality, compliance, and staff development within the Louisiana CSoC Wraparound Model. The ideal candidate is passionate about mentoring staff, improving outcomes, and driving program excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and support supervisors through ongoing training and professional development
- Monitor program quality, compliance, and Wraparound fidelity
- Lead supervision, coaching sessions, and staff development initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership and community partners to improve service delivery
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in a human services field
- 5+ years working with children and families
- 3+ years in leadership, coaching, or supervision
- Strong knowledge of Wraparound, CSoC, and behavioral health systems
