Must be available during the week from 10am - 2:00pm
Server Assistants assist servers, maintain cleanliness, and keep the dining room adequate while maintaining excellent customer service.Â
Responsibilities
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Â
Assist servers in their tasks, including retrieving extra items or suppliesÂ
- Set assigned tables, including placing glasses, condiment holders, flowers, and silverwareÂ
- Clean up after guests including removing dirty dishes, replacing table linens, and wiping tables and chairsÂ
- Strive for finer points of service such as making sure that the water glasses are filled, the table is free from dirty dishes, etc.Â
- Reset tables with silverware and glasswareÂ
- Assist in carrying food trays to tables
- Wait on guests if needed

Requirements
- Key knowledge, skills abilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Â
- Possesses a commitment and eagerness to provide excellent customer service
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or previous related experience and/or training
- Must be able to quickly learn and implement dining processes and proceduresÂ
- Organized, able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure, especially during rush periods
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is considered a plusÂ
- Must be available for emergency and scheduled work requirements on evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and uphold a positive and enthusiastic attitude
