Main responsibilities:

Job Summary

The Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. This role provides leadership, coaching, and support to service associates while driving productivity, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership
  • Supervise day-to-day service department operations.
  • Ensure service activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
  • Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and customer service.
  • Support the achievement of departmental goals and performance metrics.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach, train, and develop service team members.
  • Schedule staff and manage daily work assignments.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and customer-focused work environment.
Customer Service
  • Ensure customers receive timely, professional, and high-quality service.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
  • Monitor service requests, work orders, and completion timelines.
  • Track department performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
  • Assist with budgeting, labor management, and inventory oversight as applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation requirements.
Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace safety regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections and address operational or safety concerns.
  • Support audits, quality reviews, and compliance initiatives.
