Animal Care Center in Baxter, MN is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our four-doctor small animal team in the heart of Minnesota's beautiful Brainerd Lakes Area.

At Animal Care Center, you'll have the support of an experienced veterinary team and the resources needed to provide excellent patient care.

You'll have the opportunity to practice a broad range of small animal medicine while collaborating with fellow DVMs and a skilled support team.

Compensation & Benefits

Your earning potential:

• Up to $140,000 base salary
• $50,000 Relocation/Sign-On bonus
• Monthly production bonuses
• No negative accrual
• Eligibility for performance-based bonus

Your time matters:

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
• No regular weekends
• Up to 5 weeks of PTO
• $2,500 CE allowance for full-time DVMs
• CE-specific PTO
