We're hiring reliable warehouse workers for our night shift team. This is hands-on work in a fast-paced, refrigerated produce environment — ideal for people who like to stay moving and take pride in getting orders out the door right.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and stage produce orders for next-day delivery, accurately and on time
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Operate pallet jacks
- Rotate product and follow FIFO and food safety standards at all times
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout the shift
- Accurately scan and record all product movement
What We're Looking For
- Prior warehouse, production, or physical labor experience preferred — we'll train the right person
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work in refrigerated conditions (34–40°F)
- Dependable attendance — the night crew counts on each other
- Forklift certification a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
