ā What You'll Do ā
ā¢ Run residential service calls independently and confidently
ā¢ Diagnose electrical issues and present clear solutions to homeowners
ā¢ Install and repair wiring, outlets, panels, switches, and lighting fixtures
ā¢ Ensure all work meets NEC and Texas electrical code standards
ā¢ Use ServiceTitan to manage work orders, estimates, and customer notes
ā¢ Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and ready to work
ā¢ Represent Mister Sparky with professionalism and integrity on every call
ā What We're Looking For ā
ā¢ Current Texas Wireman License (required)
ā¢ Minimum 2 years of residential service experience, including service calls
ā¢ ServiceTitan proficiency (required)
ā¢ Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate clearly with homeowners
ā¢ Comfortable meeting sales goals and KPIs with a customer-first approach
ā¢ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
ā¢ Must pass background check and drug screening
