Gulfside Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to join their Beaumont team! Our office offers a modern and friendly approach to orthodontics, utilizing the latest technology. We take pride in providing high-quality care and ensuring patient comfort. The ideal candidate for this role possesses outstanding interpersonal skills and an exceptional chairside manner, enabling patients to feel comfortable and heard. Compensation: $15-19 per hour, based on experience

Qualifications

  • Valid RDA License
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience
  • Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, sterilization techniques (OSHA compliance), infection control protocols, and taking dental impressions/X-rays
  • Dentrix experience a plus
  • Strong communication, empathy, and customer service skills are vital for comforting anxious patients and effectively coordinating with the dental team
  • The ability to work precisely with instruments in a small space and follow detailed instructions is essential
