Job Description

Are you ready to turn your passion for motorsports and the outdoors into a rewarding career? United Motorsports is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Manager to join our team!

The Sales Manager facilitates the sale of new and used motorsport vehicles. The Sales Manager also collaborates with finance team to offer fair interest rates and programs to buyers. As with all positions within dealerships, Sales Managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards.,

What You’ll Do:

Train, inspire, and manage sales staff to meet and exceed goals.
Develop and implement plans to drive new and used motorsport sales, manage inventory, and meet revenue targets.
Understanding and complying with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used unit and finance departments.
Create and maintain a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.

What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience is preferred.
A passion for motorsports, outdoor recreation, or power equipment
Prior sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers, employees and finance and insurance vendors.
Willingness to learn and grow in the motorsports industry.

High energy, outgoing, and enthusiastic throughout the sales day.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education And Experience

College degree or equivalent experience in sales is preferred.
Experience in sales role
Previous dealership sales experience a plus

A strong background in mathematics, marketing, and computers is also useful.
