OMHS is building the team that installs and commissions Amazon's next-generation material handling systems. We are looking for a planning and scheduling leader to own the integrated master schedule across our full portfolio of concurrent installation programs.

If you have spent your career coordinating large-scale industrial projects, you know that predictable execution starts months before boots hit the ground. This role puts that planning discipline at the center of the deployment lifecycle. You will build and maintain the end-to-end execution plans that align workforce forecasting, installation sequencing, vendor deliverables, and site readiness, ensuring every project hits its milestones without surprises.

You will own deployment planning end-to-end: developing resource-loaded schedules, identifying constraints before they become delays, and driving continuous improvement through scheduling analytics, digital planning platforms, and emerging AI-enabled tools to improve forecast accuracy, schedule reliability, and deployment scalability.

Key job responsibilities
Own integrated deployment schedules aligning labor, vendor deliverables, engineering milestones, and site readiness across multiple concurrent projects.
Develop workforce forecasts based on project scope, installation sequencing, productivity assumptions, and historical performance to ensure proper resourcing.
Build execution plans coordinating engineering deliverables, procurement, permitting, and field activities into a single critical path view.
Translate design packages into labor hour estimates, trade mix, and duration assumptions that drive the master schedule.
Identify levers for resource movement across the portfolio, including crew reallocation, phase overlap, and cross-site labor sharing to recover schedule variance.
Resolve scheduling conflicts between concurrent projects, facilitating trade-off decisions when constraints require priority sequencing.
Quantify schedule risks from labor constraints, vendor performance, permitting delays, or site readiness gaps; develop mitigations and communicate impacts to leadership.
Maintain planning dashboards providing visibility into schedule health, labor forecasts, milestone status, and resource conflicts.
Utilize Primavera P6, digital planning platforms, and AI-enabled forecasting tools to improve accuracy and schedule reliability.
Partner with Site Leaders and Workforce Development to align training output with staffing demand curves.
Lead post-deployment schedule reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
Develop schedule sensitivity models showing headcount and cost impact of scope changes. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field
- 5+ years of construction or project management experience
- Experience managing multiple projects, prioritizing, planning, and managing time
- 5+ years of experience with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent) Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field
- Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools
- Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages
- Experience in construction, industrial installation, or large-scale equipment deployment environments
