This role brings together the creative ambition of a premium brand with the rigor of growth marketing. You’ll lead integrated marketing across brand, digital, content, experiences, and performance, using creativity, customer insight, data, and experimentation to deepen engagement and drive meaningful business impact.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role with meaningful room to shape what comes next. You’ll lead and develop a talented team, collaborate with agency and cross-functional partners, influence where we invest, and bring ambitious ideas from concept through execution.

Growth & Integrated Marketing
- Translate company priorities into an integrated marketing plan across paid, owned earned, and experiential channels.
- Develop and execute campaigns that build awareness, consideration, engagement, and qualified demand.
- Lead go-to-market marketing for key business initiatives, launches, and market opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Establish a disciplined test-and-learn approach, scaling what works and evolving what doesn’t.
- Partner across the organization to ensure marketing priorities remain closely connected to business objectives.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Lead performance across digital advertising, website, email, CRM, and other demand-generation channels.
- Establish meaningful KPIs and reporting that demonstrate marketing effectiveness and business impact.
- Use data and customer behavior to continuously optimize audiences, channel mix, create, campaigns, and investment.
- Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across the marketing function.
- Partner with internal teams to strengthen customer insights, attribution, and measurement.
- Translate performance data into clear recommendations and action.
Brand & Content Activation
- Ensure marketing execution consistently reflects Azori’s brand positioning, voice, visual identity, and quality standards.
- Translate the brand into compelling campaigns, content, storytelling, and experiences that differentiate Azori.
- Lead the development of marketing assets across digital, social, email, print, signage, and other customer touchpoints.
Broker, Market & Sales Enablement
- Develop marketing strategies that strengthen awareness and preference among priority brokers and prospective buyers.
- Support broker outreach, home launches, previews, open houses, events, and other programs designed to generate traffic and sales opportunities.
- Equip sales partners and internal teams with effective messaging, collateral, market insights, and tools.
- Monitor competitive activity, buyer behavior, inventory performance, and market trends to identify opportunities and recommend action.
Marketing Leadership & Operations
- Own the marketing calendar, priorities, workflows, budget, and agency/vendor relationships.
- Manage and develop marketing team members while maintaining a hands-on role in execution.
- Create clear accountability for deliverables, timelines, performance, and results.
- Partner cross-functionally with Home Experience, Sales, Design, Construction, and executive leadership to ensure marketing priorities remain aligned with the business.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Technical
- Knowledge of digital marketing channel mechanics: paid search, paid social, programmatic/display, SEO, email/CRM nurture flows.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics & attribution models (multi-touch attribution, lead-to-tour-to-sale funnel tracking).
- Skilled at using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or comparable).
- Knowledge of web analytics and CMS platforms (GA4, website performance/conversion tracking).
- Knowledge of media buying and agency management practices (RFP process, media plans, contract/SOW structures).
- Ability to management budget(s) and marketing ROI/ROAS calculation methodology.
- Knowledge of real estate or high-consideration purchase buyer journey dynamics (longer sales cycles, tour-to-close conversion, broker-influenced demand).
- Knowledge of brand management principles, such as voice, positioning, visual identity governance across channels.
- Knowledge and ability to manage events and experiential marketing logistics (home launches, previews, open houses).
- Skilled at campaign development and execution across integrated channels (paid, owned, earned, experiential).

- 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with meaningful experience in growth, performance, digital, or demand-generation marketing.
- 3+ years managing a team of marketing professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes.
- Experience developing integrated campaigns across digital, CRM, content, social, events, and experiential channels.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to make investment and optimization decisions.

- This position requires frequent use of a computer, including keyboard functions and visual acuity of 20 inches or fewer on a daily basis.

Hours & Compensation
This is a full-time position paying $115,000 - $214,000 (+ discretionary bonus). The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
