Key job responsibilities
• Supporting the development of launch strategy
• Developing comprehensive programs and following through to ensure successful site launches
• Partnering with other stakeholders to source, allocate, and coordinate launch resources
• Working with stakeholders to align responsibilities and mitigate risks to project execution
• Managing and delivering results on complex projects across multiple organizations
• Gathering and analyzing data on launch performance results
• Creating, communicating, and managing budget for launch support
• Innovating to improve processes and continuously removing cost from our launches and operations
• Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress, and highlighting risks for leadership review
• Managing end-to-end program health and goal delivery
About the team
This is the NASC Launch & Expansion team accountable for engineering deliverables coordinating the planning and execution across various engineering and program teams enabling Operations to meet annual customer demands. Basic Qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 2+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 2+ years of supply chain experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred Qualifications: - 2+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
