About the Role:
PTPro is growing, and we're looking for exceptional physical therapists who want to practice at the highest level. If you're passionate about true one-on-one care, skilled manual therapy, lifelong learning, and building meaningful relationships with your patients and teammates, you'll thrive here! Our clinics built around mentorship, collaboration, and clinical excellence. We give PTs the time, autonomy, and support they need to do their best work. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and needs.
- Create personalized treatment plans to address individual rehabilitation goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest physical therapy techniques and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current Washington State Physical Therapy License in good standing.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- CPR certification and knowledge of current best practices in physical therapy.
