Schedule Options

Multiple openings are available across these schedules. Candidates may be considered for either option based on their availability; availability for both schedules is not required.

• Full-Time Evening: Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
• Weekend Part-Time: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate at our Bellmore, New York location to support compounding-pharmacy operations. This role accurately picks, packs, and ships orders while maintaining efficiency, organization, and care in the final stage of the fulfillment process. The position supports packaging, shipping, fulfillment, and other operational needs during the assigned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use internal systems and technology to track, process, and ship packages.
• Ensure all shipments are prepared and labeled correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
• Support operational needs across packaging, shipping, and fulfillment.

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
• Flexibility to support different operational functions throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move objects as needed to perform the role.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented approach.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment operations.
• Familiarity with packaging and shipping processes.
• Experience working in a regulated or healthcare environment.
