About This Role
As an Assistant Mitigation Manager, you will be a key bridge between leadership and our field teams. You will support all aspects of our mitigation operations—from coordinating crew logistics and customer communication to documenting scope and building your skills toward a Mitigation Manager role. This position offers hands-on experience with both field operations and the administrative systems that make PDR run smoothly.

Your Path Forward
This is a deliberate stepping stone to the Mitigation Manager role. You will be trained extensively in all areas of mitigation management—scoping, estimating, crew supervision, customer relations, and quality control.

What You'll Do
•       Support job scheduling, crew coordination, and daily logistics for mitigation projects (tarping, board-up, water extraction, mold remediation, environmental services, carpet cleaning).
•       Document mitigation scope, findings, and project details in RMS, Symbility, and other company systems with accuracy and attention to detail.
•       Assist with initial and re-inspections, photograph job sites, and prepare written reports for customers and insurance adjusters.
•       Support the Mitigation Manager in customer communication, issue resolution, and follow-up.
•       Learn all aspects of mitigation management through on-the-job training and formal PDR University programs.

Why We Need You
Disaster restoration moves fast. Our customers are stressed, adjusters are waiting for our findings, and our field teams need clear direction. You will bring strong written and computer skills, detail orientation, and a genuine desire to help. Your documentation and organizational abilities will enable our Mitigation Manager to focus on team leadership and customer relationships while ensuring every project is handled professionally

What We're Looking For
•       Strong written communication: You write clearly and concisely. You can document findings, draft emails, and prepare reports that customers and adjusters trust.
•       Computer proficiency: You are comfortable learning new software (RMS, Symbility, Xactimate, Adobe). You work efficiently with email and company systems.
•       Detail-oriented: You catch errors before they cause problems. You care about accuracy in documentation, measurements, and timelines.
•       Dedication to customer service: You understand that people are dealing with trauma. You communicate with empathy and urgency.
•       Ability to work independently and as part of a team: You take initiative but also ask questions and collaborate.
•       Fluent in English with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
•       Commitment to continuous learning: You want to grow into a leadership role and are willing to invest time in training and certifications.

Our Culture & Values
At Paul Davis, we are guided by four core values:

•       Deliver what you promise. Build trust through your reliability.
•       Respect the individual. Treat every person—team member, customer, adjuster—with dignity.
•       Have pride in what you do. Excellence is not an accident; it's a choice.
•       Practice continuous improvement. Every day you're learning and getting better.

Compensation & Benefits
 | Annual Salary | $70,000 – $80,000
| Performance Bonus | Eligible based on company performance and key metrics
| Health, Dental & Vision | Comprehensive coverage
| Paid Training | Certifications, skills development, PDR University

Ready?
