POSITION SUMMARY: Provides information about accessing mental health, primary health, and other community services. Assists individuals with submitting customer service complaints and with the grievance and appeals process. Coordinates interpretation services and the 2nd Opinion process. Monitors and completes Advance/Adequate Notice process. Is the designated Section 1557 Coordinator. Provides training, presentations and outreach. Provides support and assistance to the Office of Recipient Rights. Â

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: 1-2 years working in the mental health field. Must possess excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously and work independently.
