This position takes place primarily in the family home, where you will work alongside a caring family who values teamwork, communication, and the people who support their son. We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and genuinely enjoys helping others reach their goals.
Schedule
Part-Time Hours
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Additional hours may be available on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Pay & Benefits
- $36.00 per hour

What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but your role may include:
- Assisting with personal care needs such as dressing, showering, meals, and daily routines.
- Spending quality time together at home and in the community.
- Supporting participation in recreational activities, volunteer opportunities, and outings.
- Helping create a structured, positive, and successful day.
- Encouraging independence while providing guidance and support when needed.
- Following established support strategies and behavior plans to help ensure safety and success.

- Someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and celebrating small successes.
Experience Preferred
- Behavioral support experience.
- Experience supporting individuals with seizure disorders.
- Knowledge of Positive Behavior Support Plans.
Qualifications
One of the following is required:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, Counseling, Social Work, Gerontology, Human Services, or a related field
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass Pennsylvania background checks
- Ability to pass a drug screening
