You’ll be part of a collaborative and energized team, driven by the goal of inspiring and empowering our members to train like an athlete in our state-of-the-art facilities. With competitive pay, career development, and a focus on work-life balance, this role is designed for trainers who are committed to excellence, growth, and continuous learning.   Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with clients to write, deliver and track periodized personal training programs based on their specific goals. Deliver 4 complimentary starter sessions to each new member to teach them how to train like an athlete with their personalized 3-day split. Deliver high-quality personal training sessions based on industry best practices to motivate, educate, and guide our members to get their desired results. Uphold the high standards and positive culture that The St. James is known for, contributing to a welcoming and motivating environment. Actively engage in ongoing professional development to keep skills and certifications up to date. Collaborate with other trainers and departments to promote client satisfaction and company-wide success. Spend paid time on the floor in the Performance Club providing our members with guidance via coaching, spotting, and cueing exercises.   Requirements: Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized accreditation (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar). Prior experience in personal training, sports coaching, or a related field is highly preferred. Strong communication skills and a client-centered approach to training. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Ability to self-promote and network through conversation, special events and member outreach   Compensation and Benefits: Competitive Pay Rates: Earn $40 to $70 per training session based on experience and knowledge.
