Job DetailsJob Location: MVB - Independent Living - Bethlehem, PA 18018Salary Range: $16.00 HourlyThe Dining Room Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operational flow of the Residential dining venues.  This includes but is not limited to scheduling & supervising the dining room staff, ensuring that opening and closing shift side work is completed, set-up and service for catered events, and maintaining the time clock software.  The Dining Room Coordinator maintains the resident monthly meal counts, and any associated charges for guests and catered events.  This position is pivotal in the coordination of meal service and experience.  QualificationsAssociate degree in hospitality or culinary arts strongly desired, experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable. Serv-Safe Certification required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to work flexible hours, weekends, & holidays.  Possesses knowledge and understanding of the geriatric population. Minimum 1 year previous experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant environment.
