What You'll Do

As an IDD Program Support Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate Supports Intensity Scale® (SIS) training, certification, recertification, and assessment processes
• Serve as a resource for staff regarding SIS administration, interpretation, and service planning
• Collect, organize, and maintain data related to performance-based contracts and service delivery
• Develop and maintain tracking systems, reports, and dashboards to monitor program outcomes and benchmarks
• Monitor program enrollment and approved capacity requirements
• Coordinate Needs Group 5 (NG5) reimbursement requests, documentation, and submissions
• Support admissions and referral processes across IDD and Behavioral Health programs
• Collaborate with leadership, providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and quality services
• Participate in special projects and operational initiatives while supporting a values-based service environment

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent education and work experience
• ACRE ( Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators) Certification required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IDD services, compliance, Medicaid reimbursement, or program operations
• Strong organizational, data management, and reporting skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with program leadership, providers, and community partners
• Proficiency with computers, databases, and standard business software applications

Preferred

• Experience with Supports Intensity Scale® (SIS) assessments
• Experience with Medicaid-funded services and reimbursement processes
• Knowledge of IDD regulations and person-centered service delivery

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Schedule based on program and operational needs
• Flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel may be required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, twist, climb stairs, and drive a vehicle as needed
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
