About Physical Therapy In Motion
Physical Therapy in Motion has been treating the Billings community with real, one-on-one care since it opened its doors, and it's stayed that way even as it's grown to two locations. You'll join a small, close-knit team of therapists who take pride in advanced training in dry needling, manual therapy, and spinal manipulation, and who know their patients by name rather than by chart number. Being backed by the HRS group means you get real support behind the scenes, unlimited CE funding, strong benefits, and student loan repayment, without losing the independent, community feel that made this practice an Inc. 5000 company three years running. If you want to practice hands-on, patient-centered care in a place that still feels like a neighborhood clinic, this is it.
Compensation Package
This role pays $78,000–$98,020 a year. We take mentorship seriously, giving you the support to grow toward the upper end of that range. As you grow your caseload, you'll help more patients and earn more. You won't be figuring it out alone.
In addition, we provide:
$10,000 sign-on bonus
Unlimited continuing education funds, plus a $500 travel stipend
$12,000 fellowship reimbursement
$6,000/year for childcare costs
17 days of PTO in year one, increasing with tenure
$10,000 in tax-free student loan repayment over 5 years, paid monthly
Relocation assistance available
Benefits
On top of that, you get the standard package, done right:
Medical insurance, with the clinic covering roughly 75% of your premium
HSA option with employer contributions
401(k) with an employer match that vests immediately
Dental and vision insurance
Short-term disability and life insurance options

Life in Billings, MT
Billings is Montana's largest city, offering real urban amenities, a growing downtown, strong healthcare and business sectors, and easy regional access, without the price tag of Bozeman or Missoula. It sits right along the Rimrocks and the Yellowstone River, with some of the state's best hunting, fishing, and hiking just outside town. Yellowstone National Park and the Beartooth Mountains are both within reach for a weekend trip. It's a place where your money goes further and the outdoors is never far, without giving up the conveniences of a real city.
What You’ll Be Doing

Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention
Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress
Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it
Who We’re Looking For

A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
A Montana license, or eligibility for one
All experience levels are encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills, the kind that put patients at ease
Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line
Current CPR certification
Physical Requirements
You’ll need to:
