Remote Donation Processor / Pledge Drive Specialist

Your customer-service experience can help nonprofit organizations advance meaningful causes.

We are seeking professional and compassionate individuals to answer inbound donor calls and accurately process donations and pledges for established nonprofit fundraising campaigns.

This is a remote 1099 independent-contractor opportunity for individuals who communicate clearly, follow procedures carefully, and understand the importance of treating every donor with professionalism and respect.

Donors Call You—No Solicitation Required

This opportunity involves strictly inbound donor calls .

There is:

  • No cold calling
  • No outbound dialing
  • No donor prospecting
  • No door-to-door or direct solicitation
  • No product selling

Donors voluntarily call after seeing, hearing, or responding to an existing nonprofit fundraising campaign. You will assist those callers by documenting their information and processing their intended donations or pledges.

Your Responsibilities

As a Nonprofit Donation Processor or Pledge Drive Specialist, you may:

  • Welcome and assist inbound donors
  • Follow campaign-approved scripts
  • Enter donation and pledge details accurately
  • Confirm important donor information
  • Answer appropriate process-related questions
  • Navigate multiple applications during calls
  • Protect confidential information
  • Follow compliance and quality requirements
  • Maintain dependable attendance during accepted servicing intervals


Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

Qualified applicants should have:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Six or more months of remote customer-service experience or at least one year of onsite experience
  • A professional and welcoming phone presence
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate typing and data-entry abilities
  • Comfort following scripts and structured processes
  • The ability to work without direct supervision
  • A dedicated, quiet home workspace

Required Technology

  • Windows 11 computer
  • Minimum 8GB RAM; 16GB recommended
  • Noise-canceling USB headset
  • Wired high-speed internet
  • Direct Ethernet connection
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace

Dual monitors are recommended for ease of navigation.

MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not compatible.
