POSITION SUMMARY
The Expanding Learning Possibilities (ELP) Program Coordinator keeps the ELP’s work moving by handling the scheduling, communication, and data tracking that support the Professional Learning Specialist and the Content and Creative Learning Experiences Specialist. The position:Â
- Coordinates meetings, school and Hub visits, and blog interviews;Â
- Maintains shared trackers for attendance, participation, and program data; and
- Helps keep communication with educators, Hub contacts, and partners timely and professional.
This is a coordination and support role, not a content or facilitation role — the Coordinator makes sure the people doing that work have accurate schedules, current data, and clear communication behind them. In addition, the position supports the Professional Learning Specialist and the Creative Learning Experiences Specialist through hands-on support online and in-person via trainings, meetings, and other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the ELP Program Manager.Â

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The ELP Program Coordinator plays a critical role in advancing College Admissions Made Possible’s (CAMP) mission to expand access to college, career, and workforce development opportunities for students across multiple communities and school systems.
Professional learning and curriculum design only reach educators when the logistics behind them hold. The ELP Program Coordinator is what makes that possible, keeping calendars accurate, trackers current, and communication timely so the Professional Learning Specialist and the Content and Creative Learning Experiences Specialist can spend their time in front of educators instead of chasing details. When scheduling is reliable and data is clean, sessions happen on time, participation is documented, and the program can show its impact to schools, partners, and funders. This is a coordination and support role, not a content or facilitation role, and it is the role that keeps the rest of the work on schedule and on record.
