Job Summary

OUTFRONT MERCHANDISING SERVICES LLC is hiring motivated and dependable Field Merchandisers to join our growing team. This is a hands-on travel position responsible for retail store setups, fixture installation, merchandising, remodels, resets, and project execution for major national retail clients.

What You’ll Do

• Install retail fixtures, shelving, racking, displays, and store equipment
• Execute merchandising resets and new store setups
• Stock and place products according to planograms
• Install signage, pricing, and promotional materials
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Read project plans, layouts, and instructions
• Maintain quality standards and productivity goals
• Submit photos, reports, and project updates
• Work as part of a traveling field team
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Requirements

• Reliable and strong work ethic
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 90%)
• Valid driver’s license (Non-Negotiable for traveling position) 
• Reliable transportation (Non-Negotiable for traveling position) 
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work long shifts
• Comfortable working in retail and construction-like environments
• Basic tool knowledge preferred
• Merchandising, fixture install, construction, warehouse, or retail experience is a plus
