Every role on this careers page is yours to fill. You'll own hiring across go-to-market, engineering, and operations as we scale — running the full cycle and building a hiring machine, not just filling seats.

• Own requisitions end-to-end: sourcing, screening, structured interviews, offer, and onboarding handoff
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles (enterprise sales, healthcare integration engineering)
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview loops
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at startup speed
• Track and improve hiring metrics: pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, source effectiveness
• Promote the Transform9 employer brand through channels and local networks

Full-time onsite at our Birmingham, AL office.

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or agency-side
• Experience hiring for both technical and go-to-market roles
• Experience recruiting in an early-stage startup environment
• General fluency in recruiting systems, including ATS, interview scheduling tools, scorecard workflows, and reporting dashboards
• Demonstrated sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter; experience using Boolean search and sourcing through professional communities is a plus
• Structured interviewing and candidate assessment experience
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management
• Experience taking intake meetings, shaping scorecards and interview loops, and working directly with founders and functional leaders

• Experience recruiting for tech or healthcare companies
• Experience as a company's first or only recruiter
